Broadcasting Board of Governors (Deployment in Mali)
IVR Junction has been deployed in Mali by the Voice of America to provide an alternative means of getting news to and from this technologically-challenged region. People in Mali can now call a number to listen to a 3-minute news broadcast by the Voice of America. They can also record their feedback, comments, questions and news items which are accessible on a YouTube channel.

University of Michigan (Deployment in Somaliland)
IVR Junction has been deployed in conflict-ridden Somaliland to facilitate a direct communication channel between the rural tribal population and government officials. IVR Junction has enabled an audio discussion forum on the official parliament website of Somaliland where more than 6000 posts have been contributed by the rural tribal population and government officials in the last 5 months.

Protect Indian Women Initiative (Deployment in India)
IVR Junction has been used by women rights activists to set up a voice forum where supporters from all economic backgrounds and varied literacy levels raised their voice to advocate for women's safety and empowerment. The platform was used as a voice petition platform where anyone could call the Protect Indian Women Voice Forum to register their support for the victim, to share their feelings, to suggest corrective actions and to share how they are going to educate their communities to be more sensitive for and appreciative of women.

Microsoft's Talent Hunt Service (Deployment in India)
IVR Junction is also used by Microsoft Research India to run 'Talent Hunt' service to understand mechanics of crowd moderation of IVR services. In the last 5 months, the service has been called more than 30,000 times by more than 12,000 people all across India to listen and rate community generated songs and jokes.
